This has been one the worse businesses that I've been involved with in in a very long time. I was recommended to come the the Classic Collision by Hennessy Atlanta Lexus and I will never return ever again. It is enough that my car was hit by a Uber driver but when my arrived on 11-20-17 it has been a nightmare. They lie to you from the receptionist to the General Manager to the collision repairer. I am in my late 40's and I was treated like I was getting my Tonka toy truck repaired. I had to call every day for 29 days straight, I had to go up there on my lunch breaks to make sure that my car was being repaired. This "Certified" Lexus repairer told me that my car was going to be repaired four times and all the times he promised me none of them turned out to be true. On the days that I would call I knew they had caller ID they wouldn't even pick up the phone they would not even say hello just put my incoming all into a voicemail. I love my Lexus dealer and trust they would not steer me wrong and after I picked up my car I had to take it to Lexus because the Airbag light kept coming on and off and then when I turned my air on it sounded like a train coming from my vents and my car only have 50K miles on it and I keep up on all the maintenance. I took it back to Lexus and they had to repair my car and I have no idea where or who paid the bill but I am very thankful for them repairing what Classic Collision didn't take care of. But I didn't read the reviews on this company until I took my car to Classic Collision if I would have read the awful reviews from other Lexus owners I wouldn't have taken my car to them in the first place. Please stay away from this unprofessional and very inconsiderate auto collision place.

I purchased a car in May 2007 from Marietta Dodge in Marietta, GA. They called me and told me that I MUST come up there and make my first car payment to them even though I did not finance my car with them. I fell for it and went and paid with two money orders (total of $541) and somehow, this payment NEVER made it to the actual bank I financed my car with. I never got a call from the dealership saying they lost my payment but I got a call from the bank saying they never received it. This has been going on now for about 2 months and I have been getting the run around that they will take care of it and this and that and nothing but excuses from them. They then call and say it has been take care of. A few weeks go by, and I get a call from the collections department of the bank I financed the car with and they tell me they have not heard from anyone at the dealership and this has not been resolved. I even went ahead and paid 2 other payments but somehow this 1 payment is still lost b/c of the dealership-and they are now admitting they lost it. When the bank called recently again, they told me that I have exactly 2 days for them to get that payment or it will be reported negatively on my credit report....well it does take more than 2 days to actually trace these money orders. Still getting the run around about how they will pay the payment for me and when I trace the money orders and get the money back I can pay the dealership back. Yeah right. Still have not heard from anyone at the dealership and all I keep getting transferred to is voicemails. They are unorganized and extremely unprofessional. I will NEVER recommend anyone to purchase a car from these people and I wish I did my research before I did.

I went to this dealership after a recommendation from a friend, and I wish I wouldn't of have. It all started when I went there, and the sales manager who was very rude, basically insulted me for not wanting to buy the car from there, but me being the nice person I am, decided to be loyal to the sales person, and I eventually ended up purchasing the vehicle. I was satisfied with the vehicle, but service sucked, and I have been up to the dealership four or five times because of things they have forgot to give me, I have sent numerous faxes, for insurance, employment varification, the salesman would say he has it, the manager would tell me something totally different, I finally got my deal complete after having my car for about a month, and I can honestly say I am relieved that I don't have to deal with them again, they were very unprofessional, they were rude, they made you wait for a long time. the salesman who sold me the car seemed to be very helpful, but he could of done a lot better, I can honestly say I made an horrible mistake dealing with this place; I am a very loyal customer to anyone who takes care of me; this place didn't. I would urge anyone considering this dealership to look elsewhere. totally dissatisfied with the whole service, and I will make sure people who work hard for their money understand the kind of place this is. thank you very much!
