Went in to have rear camera replaced. Rep said he had to get parts come back next day, I did, no parts. Told to come back next day, I did, wait 90 min. no parts.5 days later replaced Camera, within 24 hrs. later the car exhibited faults: blind spot, cross traffic, steering, warning lights and the car not starting. While at the dealer, the car was showing codes but no warning lights. I was told that they wanted to investigate further because they were not sure it was safe. Yet they had a young girl drive the car looking for warning lights; not a mechanic who had worked on the car. In fact, I was told to wait an hour on the day I went to picked up my car because she was road testing my car by driving to Chardon and back (a 30-mile trip). My car was at the dealership for 23 days, and they put well over 200miles on a car that they suspected was unsafe to drive but not for a young associate. I got the feeling that it was being used to shuttle people around. Every time I called, I got a busy signal, even after hours or Sunday morning when I knew no one was there. Very lax as to the status of my car. When we did speak to my rep l was told they were still looking for the warning lights. The rearview camera is better but not real clear, and I got a new starter motor. Because of this unprofessional treatment and poor communication, myself and family members, who were customers for over 10 years will not be back. This is a great disappointment in the Classic family. More
Recently bought and serviced a car at Classic Ford. Both experiences were great. Bought a new car from Gregg and was efficient, no games and even found a rebate we didn't know about. Service by Ron was also hassle free, replaced part of the steering column and changed the oil in a Diesel before 2:30. Thanks!!! More
