Service dept is a train wreck Once you are out of warranty they could care less about the relationship with the customer. The dealership does nothing to help you between you and Ford to fix the issue even while it's under warranty they wait till it's out of warranty and then you're screwed. More
Took car in for oil change only. Afterward I notice mpg was reset (said they 'work in that area' and reset in error). They said "just drive the car" and that it would equilibrate. It never did. From start to finish the deal was an absolute nightmare!!! Salesman was super pushy and when I wanted to leave Rick would not let me go. I told them I wanted to think about and talk it over with nightmare!!! Salesman was super pushy and when I wanted to leave Rick would not let me go. I told them I wanted to think about and talk it over with my husband. After two hours of "DEALS TODAY", I finally escaped their claws. I will never step foot in that horrible dealership again.
