I found that to be very appealing. Based on a brief conversation with me, he started the ball rolling in a very rewarding buying experience. Carl Vaughn took the lead on working with my wife and I in order to close a deal on a new Ford Explorer and the results were exceptional. Carl is knowledgeable about the Ford Line-up, is motivated and a very up-beat person, and was insightful about our needs. He listened and understood our concerns, not as a salesman, but as a person, which is very refreshing at any Car dealership. My husband and I were searching for a new Mustang. Experience at Classic started off poorly, as manager Bruce was not very accomodating. Sales rep Andrew was great. GM Paul had to be pulled in when I refused to work with Bruce. I showed up around 9:30 to purchase a car a had already test drove and I knew exactly what i wanted. I did not leave with that same car until 4:30! a little ridiculous. Also my insurance company contacted me and said that my car was not covered and the dealership knew that and shood have never let me leave. THANK GOD i was not in an accident. More
