It's easy for us to say that our Honda dealership near Kissimmee, FL, isn't like the rest. After all, Classic Honda has been reinventing the dealership experience for decades, thanks to our founder, William E. "Bill" Holler. Since we first opened our doors, we've based our business around his principles, building lasting customer relationships first and sales quotas second. Classic Honda is a part of the successful Holler-Classic Automotive Group, which has been serving the Orlando community with quality auto service and streamlined vehicle sales for 80 years! Our group motto is "Never Forget Your Customer - Never Let Your Customer Forget You!" That credo came straight from the lips of Bill Holler himself, first of the Holler clan to enter the automotive industry. Bill was a motivational speaker ahead of his time, referred to by Automotive News as an evangelist, table-pounder and spellbinder. But it was his deep understanding of customer wants and needs that guided him to success as General Sales Manager of Chevrolet and Vice President of General Motors, and it was his energetic demeanor and keen business savvy that enabled him to create innovative programs designed to motivate dealerships to break sales records. He even established the General Motors Dealers' Son School to guide the children of dealership staff as they prepare to inherit the family business. Bill's son, grandson and great-grandchildren all went on to graduate from this very school.

Could not work out deal. Initially a 1 star. Interest rate was way too high at first. I was very unhappy with the initial numbers. This experience occurred last year (spring/summer 2020) for the record. For several years I had been servicing my Accord 2 door at this dealer and was very happy with the service I received from Josh. Natu for the record. For several years I had been servicing my Accord 2 door at this dealer and was very happy with the service I received from Josh. Naturally, when it came time for my new Accord (3rd in a row) I came here and also tried some other dealers. I ended up buying my new 2020 Accord sport in lunar silver from their sister dealership Holler. I was ready to buy the same car in still night blue when the finance guy, (gotee and bald head) refused to show me my approval on paper. This was a lease thru honda finance. This is a scam! Its called spot delivery (look it up). I told the finance guy I was gonna leave. He said, hold on I'll get the manager. In comes Bill, watch out for this guy. Old and tall man. Bill says he has a special deal with the "banks" that he will never show a customer they are approved for financing on paper. This is a huge lie! The truth is they never checked to see if I was approved and I would pay the consequences if it turned out I wasn't (see spot delivery). Also, keep in mind that this is a lease and the "bank" is Honda lol. I spoke my position to Bill and he then explains that, "buying a car is about trust". Keep in mind, the finance guy and Bill had just lied to me big time. Also, can you imagine anyone who you should trust less than a car salesman? Anyway, I stopped Bill from rambling on and told him that I do not trust him. Bill told me me in anger that I was correct, that I needed to leave the dealership. I grabbed my things and never looked back. I had lunch, cooled down and drove to Holler to buy my new Accord. On a side note, my 2 door 2011 Accord needed to be sold. Both Holler and Classic tried to brutally rip me off on trading it in. Always check trade in value on NADA and Kelly BB. NEVER let any dealer make you believe your pristine 1 owner car is worth less than rough trade in value. Also, never let the dealer roll your trade in into your new car purchase! Make the transactions separate! Buy the new car 1st and then talk about your trade. Better still, don't even tell them you have a trade until you have purchased the new car. I ended up listing my old Honda online for $10 on 1 site and free on another. After approx 30 days I sold it to a gentleman for cash and made more than double what the dealers offered. Buyer/Seller beware, people like Bill will hurt you if you let them. Do your homework. It takes only 30 mins. This is a big purchase. More
