UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!! I purchased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee Laredo from Classic Honda. After having the car fro two weeks, I noticed the floor was wet and mold on the rugs. The I purchased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee Laredo from Classic Honda. After having the car fro two weeks, I noticed the floor was wet and mold on the rugs. The mold was old and there had been previous leak issues with this vehicle. I took the car back and asked for a full refund. The manager was very rude and said he need to go and speak with the company lawyers. I agreed that they could service the vehicle and I would give them a chance to fix this problem. They ended up taking the car across the street to the Jeep dealer . They said that the car had an air conditioner leak that they fixed and replaced the carpets. I picked up the vehicle two weeks later and it seemed that the water issue was fixed. A week later and a lot of rain that week and the car was flooded again. Honda classic just wanted to wipe their hands after I paid cash for this car. They were not helpful at all. I ended up taking the vehicle to Sanford Dodge jeep dealer and thank god they came through and fixed my car. I will never buy a car from this dealer again. The manager was horrible to deal with and very disrespectful. Please make sure that you fully inspect any used vehicle that you purchase from them. You do have 5 days to return the vehicle, but god forbid the vehicle has issues after that. Good Luck !!! More
