The customer service during the purchase process was very good, it was fast and everyone was friendly. But during the after-sales process, unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience. We were texting to try to resolve a situation regarding a document and because I couldn't answer some calls while I was busy, my car was towed and I will have to pay for it. When we went to have a personal conversation at the dealership, everything was resolved. However, this whole embarrassing situation should have been avoided because the same resolution proposal was given on my part more than once and I was ignored. Now I will have to spend more extra money, around $500 for a situation that was easy to resolve. It was definitely a disappointment. More

Angelo was my advisor who answered my many questions. He’s very friendly, low key, and knowledgeable. Scott, too, is very helpful. I went to get my car serviced for an oil change and Luis was my service technician. I had some concerns about my coolant, possibly being low as I could not see the lines on the side. Instead of him only verbally telling me that they were filled as high as possible, he went out of his way to show me Where the lines were hidden for me to be able to find it. He also gave me a cheat code paper to help me understand the codes for my car as this is my first Honda. Perfect customer service :) More
