I am very disappointed with my last experience. Up until now, I have had wonderful, positive and trustworthy service at this location. He checked it in the system and then realized that I didn’t need it; I felt like your location was trying to take advantage of me. I no longer trust this location and it is sad because I was lied to at your other sister location, and this is the reason why I decided to come to your location. This last experience at your location has changed my view completely. From now on, I will only be dealing with three specific reps from your location as needed: Soo, Andrew, and Cortney.
