I HAD A NEW TRANSMISSION PUT IN MY HONDA PILOT. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM CLASSIC HONDA THAT I COULD PICK UP THE CAR. I TOOK IT FOR A SPIN WITH COURTNEY MY REP. AS SOON AS I TOOK IT ON THE ROAD, AL I RECEIVED A CALL FROM CLASSIC HONDA THAT I COULD PICK UP THE CAR. I TOOK IT FOR A SPIN WITH COURTNEY MY REP. AS SOON AS I TOOK IT ON THE ROAD, ALL THE BEEPERS WENT OFF TELLING ME; PROBLEMS WITH TRANSMISSION, ALL WHEEL DRIVE, A NUMBER OF THINGS. COURTNEY SAID HE WAS SORRY AND VERY EMBARRASSED. SO I LEFT WITH THEIR LOANER CAR AGAIN. YOU WOULD THINK THE MECHANIC WHO PUT THE TRANSMISSION IN WOULD HAVE CHECKED OUT THE CAR BEFORE RELEASING IT. More

The Service staff are Nice but the work is of poor quality , I have purchased 3 vehicles from this Dealership and it always ends with the same result.. The staff apologizing for the poor service and how can we fix it… My Girlfriend and I brought 2 vehicles in for service and nothing has changed..We will never return to this dealership for any kind of service and we are passing this message along through all social media.. When a customer drops his or her car off at your Dealership you should act like you care and go behind your third party source and make sure that they are completing the service to Dealership levels , meaning our Car , our dealership , but again poor third party service.. You guys should make sure they do an Excellent job for the customers that continue to keep your Dealership in Business by giving you OUR HARD EARNED MONEY More
