I am very disappointed with my last experience. Up until now, I have had wonderful, positive and trustworthy service at this location. He checked it in the system and then realized that I didn’t need it; I felt like your location was trying to take advantage of me. I no longer trust this location and it is sad because I was lied to at your other sister location, and this is the reason why I decided to come to your location. This last experience at your location has changed my view completely. From now on, I will only be dealing with three specific reps from your location as needed: Soo, Andrew, and Cortney. I HAD A NEW TRANSMISSION PUT IN MY HONDA PILOT. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM CLASSIC HONDA THAT I COULD PICK UP THE CAR. I TOOK IT FOR A SPIN WITH COURTNEY MY REP. AS SOON AS I TOOK IT ON THE ROAD, AL I RECEIVED A CALL FROM CLASSIC HONDA THAT I COULD PICK UP THE CAR. I TOOK IT FOR A SPIN WITH COURTNEY MY REP. AS SOON AS I TOOK IT ON THE ROAD, ALL THE BEEPERS WENT OFF TELLING ME; PROBLEMS WITH TRANSMISSION, ALL WHEEL DRIVE, A NUMBER OF THINGS. COURTNEY SAID HE WAS SORRY AND VERY EMBARRASSED. SO I LEFT WITH THEIR LOANER CAR AGAIN. YOU WOULD THINK THE MECHANIC WHO PUT THE TRANSMISSION IN WOULD HAVE CHECKED OUT THE CAR BEFORE RELEASING IT. More
