Problem solving et. al. Mr Jay Banks waited on me. I was in for an Oil Change, but then he took me inside the shop so a mechanic could show some problems that they found: Wor Mr Jay Banks waited on me. I was in for an Oil Change, but then he took me inside the shop so a mechanic could show some problems that they found: Worn bushings (really bad), thin tires (they are 7 years old) and almost zero rear wheel brake left. Most of these issues are safety related, so he advised me to solve then ASAP. After some number crunching, he was able to find a reasonable amount to pay, so I took it. He was very proffessional and courteous. He will be an excelent service advisor after he gains more experience. More

Express service Came in through express lane for an oil change. Was approached quickly by Gerald Alaniz and he took care of getting my car right in. He quoted a time of 1 hour 45 min due to tire rotation and balance. In just over an hour it was done and ready to go ! Love it when my day off doesn't have to be spent doing a chore ! More

There was a problem that was found with my car, & he worked very hard to get it resolved. She takes great care in making sure that you are completely aware of what your issues are with your vehicle, and what it will cost to correct the problem. She is also quite good at estimating how long it will take to complete the service. If there are any discounts currently being offered for service, she will bring this to the attention of the customer. More
