I was blessed to know that my payments were just going to be 60 dollars more than my Chevy Cruze. New Odyssey I was very pleased with Heather & George. I had called and spoken to Heather the day before and told her which vehicle I was looking at purchasing. She had the vehicle waiting under the front carport ready for my inspection. After driving the vehicle her and her manager, George, worked to find me the best deal available. We were in and out in a little less than two hours. I love the fact that the dealership has a play area for the kids equipped with a TV and DVD player. They had coffee & water bottles on hand for refreshments in the showroom. The only opportunity area I can point out based on this visit is the fact that there was a salesman eating his lunch on the showroom floor. Something like this should be done in a break room. It made the entire showroom smell like chicken wings, which smelled GREAT, but I don't think it is the place for an employee to eat their lunch. It was not very professional. I also purchased the extended warranty at the time of purchasing the vehicle. It was not explained that the warranty has a deductible. I understand how these things work but for someone who is ignorant to this type of insurance it may come as a big surprise when they have to use the coverage. All in all, I More
