After setting up an appointment, I got cold feet regarding the purchase, even though I knew it was a very sound deal. Two days went by and I kept thinking about the car. Decided to go to the dealership and check it out. Figured if it was still there, it must be my car. It was and now it is. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional and tried very hard to get me the best deal. Jeremy Clark worked with me on the financing and George Rodriguez took me on my test drive and Daniele Owens was just friendly and helpful while I was waiting to see Kalyn. Overall this was a wonderful experience. Customer Service is huge in my book and this team pulls it off seamlessly. Even though we were paying cash, it took time in signing the documents. I did the negotiating with George Rodriguez. He was very friendly over the phone but when we were in the dealership, he did not ever acknowledge us. I feel the price was very comparable to Fort Worth pricing. More
