We take all feedback seriously, but we want to clarify the facts. Our online price of $25,000 was honored exactly as advertised. When you arrived, you attempted to negotiate the documentation and registration fees, which are fixed and non-negotiable for all customers. We communicated this clearly over the phone before your visit. We told you not to come out if you didn't want to pay it before you drove out. We strive to offer the best pricing in the area and were upfront about all costs. Unfortunately, your review does not reflect the facts of this transaction. Again nothing but dishonesty the salesman was asked over the phone more than once if the advertised price was an out the door price and he responded yes. When we got to the dealership we were given another price with doc fees and taxes added to the advertised price the sales manager claimed I was sent this in a text. Again another lie the salesman admitted he had the text but never sent it to me coinicidece I don’t think so just another way to be deceiptive. Thankfully we found a honest dealership and purchased thru them. I still would advise all buyers beware of this dealership

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that the car-buying process can feel confusing, and we take all concerns seriously. However, we do want to clarify how our pricing and documentation process works for every customer. Our dealership sells thousands of vehicles each year, and we consistently explain to every customer that taxes, registration fees, and documentation fees must be added to the advertised price. These are standard state-mandated costs that apply to all purchases, with the only exception being customers who are paying cash, in which case taxes may be handled directly by the customer at the DMV. After reviewing the phone calls multiple times, we confirmed that the required fees were communicated during the conversation. We regret if there was any misunderstanding, but we are confident that our process and explanations were accurate and in line with our standard practices. We wish you the best of luck with your new vehicle and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
