Took my 2012 Sportage in for oil check and for the recall fix for HECU. Work was done in time frame they told me it would be. Great waiting area. Everything was fine up until the end. I was a little indecisive on exactly which vehicle I was wanting and I wanted to be sure since I drove 190 miles to come to this dealership. I'm a senior citizen and I was very shaken up by the ordeal. I had already sold my car at the Carmax closest to the dealership, I had no car to get back home and they were forcing me to take a deal I had not agreed upon. In the end I got them to honor their original proposal which I still have on paper but the abuse I went through is nothing I want to go through again. The salesman took me out to the car, handed me the keys and said have a nice trip without even explaining anything about the car. This is the worst car buying experience I've ever had. I would like to hear from upper management concerning this experience. More
