Charles was friendly and professional and explained everything perfectly. While I was unhappy with the cost of the repair due to damage caused by KIA Moritz of Fort Worth, Charles was still able to re everything perfectly. I set up an appointment, got to the dealership and was met by Chris in the Service Department. He checked me in and told me he would keep me up to date on how long the recall work would take. I sat in t met by Chris in the Service Department. He checked me in and told me he would keep me up to date on how long the recall work would take. I sat in the lounge and in about 15 minutes Chris let me know it would be another 30 minutes. In about 20 minutes Chris let me know the car was ready. More
