From the moment I brought my car in to get serviced, I felt completely out off the loop on the condition of my vehicle, your communication was extremely vague. After four hours and asking multiple times about the results of your "diagnostic test" you informed me that all you knew was that the engine would need to be replaced and that you would contact my warranty company in the morning. The next day i sat at home waiting for you to contact me for the next steps until 4pm, when I had to reach out to you for an update, where you told me that you had just called them 30 minutes before i texted and had been on hold since. After 45 minutes of waiting on hold you told me that i would need to called them and figure out what my warranty would cover. I sat at home for 4 days, unable to work, just waiting on some sort of insight on my car. I still have not received any documentation on the diagnostic test that was supposedly run on my car and still paid almost $200 for it. More
Bobby really made the experience as perfect as he could.
