Classic upsell on service, which is very annoying. After driving home and looking over the car I noticed leftover cleaning solution on the ducts, the service notification was not reset in the instrume After driving home and looking over the car I noticed leftover cleaning solution on the ducts, the service notification was not reset in the instrument cluster, an OBD connector was not reattached, and worst of all, a piece of engine trim was not reattach and simply left in the engine bay. I reached out to the service department the following day and they offered to have me come back and they would fix the issues, nothing else. I decided I would not waste another 4 hours and fixed the issues myself and will not return. More

I had a bitter experience with the finance manager Mazen Mashfenko at this location. At the time of my vehicle purchase, I told the sales person as well as finance manager that I can pay off the entire amou Mashfenko at this location. At the time of my vehicle purchase, I told the sales person as well as finance manager that I can pay off the entire amount. The finance manager however told me that I can pay a portion of the car sales price now and the remaining without any interest or finance charges as long as I can pay off within 45 days. However this is not the case and I was being told by the financing company(Ally) that interst charges starts from Day 1 so the finacing manager lied to me and I had to pay the interest charges. So I would adivse you all not to trust this person whenever you want to finance. I left him a voice mail and send him an email but he is not responsive and that shows the negligence. I am extremely unhappy with this location and advised several of my friends to avoid this location for any car sales. More
