Bobby @ Classic Kia of Carrollton TX, is my service advisor and this was the second time I had worked with Bobby. He was attentive and stayed on top of the repairs needed. Bobby kept me informed throughout the process and when he told me when my car would be ready the next day. It was ready. My salesperson, who isn't the person listed below was knowledgeable about the product. The time in closing/finance wasn't the beatdown it typically is when you buy a car. Finance wasn't as stressful as it can be, but at this point, and the system designed for this, is to get you to buy all of the add-ons. I didn't feel quite as much pressure. I don't like the automatic add-on for their version of lojack that the dealer installed. The car already does what I'm being charged extra for. If there is something that this does that is separate from KIA connect, that was never explained to me. I'd go back again if they have the right car and the right price. More
