Classic Kia of Carrollton

I returned a second time for same issue with the tire. It looks like I will have to return. The air pressure in the tire continues. The "re-patch" was not a success. I am not understanding why I purchased the wheel/tire hazard if it does not get honored so that my tire can be replaced! Also, the lady at the service desk has a potty mouth. She was loud and obnoxious while waiting in the waiting area. I don't know how many time I heard her drop F bombs and say MF this and that. She's does not represent Kia well. More
