Classic Kia of Carrollton

I brought my car in to get my heater fixed. Chris, the service guy said I neede new tires, but I had already gotten brand new tires on my car 4 months ago. He also said it look like I had rodents in my engine but I use rodent spray so I knew that wasn’t true. I ended up getting an oil change and they said that was all that was wrong with my car a week later, I had to take my car somewhere else to get my heater fixed. I have brought my car to Carollton service center before and have never had an issue. I have also bought multiple cars there. I will not be coming back as I felt distrust of the service person. I want to add that I totally understand up selling, but they didn’t even get my car fixed correctly. More
