Staff was friendly, however no one looked at my appointment prior to my visit. When I arrived a wanted to do the security update and also the Coolant seal recall at the appointment. I also wanted someone to check with H&H Kia of Omaha where I purchased my Kia s as I have a limited LIFETIME warranty and I wanted to confirm what that covers. I got no info or help so I was disappointed. More
