The staff was professional and so nice. Chris my service guy was awesome and very thorough when it came time to explain what was being done to my vehicle. Jerrod was great getting me home and back via the shuttle service that was available. And Hannah at the front desk went above and beyond with her awesome customer service. I was there for a recall service. They were on time with my appointment. They handled the recall immediately. As a free service they performed a full system inspection and discov They were on time with my appointment. They handled the recall immediately. As a free service they performed a full system inspection and discovered my front brake pads were worn beyond their reasonable safety requirements. I signed off on the pad replacement. They completed the work in less time than quoted. If the pads had gotten any worse I may have had to get a major brake service. They probably saved me several $100. More
