The salesman, Charles Washington, made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I needed my servicing done for my very lightly driven car. He kept pushing and pushing for me to have services done that I don’t nee uncomfortable. I needed my servicing done for my very lightly driven car. He kept pushing and pushing for me to have services done that I don’t need to have done for several thousand miles . I don’t want another oil change when I go back for the service. The stickers that he attached show that I need to have my oil changed in 3000 miles and I paid about $150 for the good oil, etc. In a few months, I will take my car back for a major servicing but I hope that you aren’t going to try to push the oil change as well, After everything, you didn’t even put air in my tires. I don’t like the way Charles or Kia made me feel as a customer. I have bought three cars from you, including my new Soul. I don’t really want to buy another car there. I don’t feel comfortable with the way your salespeople,, especially Charles made me feel. Respect your customers. It is what keeps you in business. I am embarrassed and regret being your customer for almost twenty years. I have a disability. I would rather go where I am treated with respect and who respects when I say I am not ready for a service and it is not brought up again. In about 3k miles, I’ll bring it back. Again, Charles and Kia needs to treat customers with respect. I NEVER WANT TO WORK WITH CHARLES AGAIN! I am a long time customer, please treat me with some respect and at least listen to what I say and request. Accept my request and don’t try to set services that aren’t needed for months or years!
