While Charles was courteous, what's stopping me from giving him a 5-star review is that he told me something that was outright false. I told him upon my arrival that my right front tire had a piece chip giving him a 5-star review is that he told me something that was outright false. He said no, my tires were only rotated. They were not rotated (I was not charged for that), and the tire that was damaged is in the same position. Honestly, I don't think they looked at the tire to assess its viability. They only topped up my tires with air. More

People were nice but the main issue was to fix the recalls. One of the recalls was roof molding. I had and still have a black strip on my car that was not sealed properly and it was thinking this woul recalls. One of the recalls was roof molding. It is not interfering or affecting my driving, nor does it seem to damage my car further, but I think it should have gotten resolved during my appointment. Now if I want it to get fixed, I have to take more time out of my day during the dealerships limited hours being open, to get it checked out again. That was the only problem I had. I had a paint warranty but they said that I’d have to go back to the dealership that I bought my car in to get that looked at, which I also thinking is ridiculous. 3 stars for sure More
