Richard B was a perfect representative for this company. I had called earlier in the day when I discovered that an animal had ripped up the hood lining of my car. He somehow recognized me after speaking on the phone earlier that day, so I ended up making an appointment to bring my Mazda in for a check up. The day of the appointment Richard was also there to greet me. I loved that at a dealership, I was somehow able to continue working with the same person from the telephone call to the actual appointment. This location was beyond helpful and I will be back again. Everything from setting up an appointment, to dropping off my vehicle has been met with a friendly demeanor Every service to my car has been a breeze. On longer maintenance windows I was provided with a loaner vehicle but with that said I was generally driving back, to pick up my car, within a couple hours.
