The salesman Nick Marcelli was professional and very friendly. He was very willing to answer any questions and explain the new features of the vehicles. I stopped by on Friday afternoon after 3 pm, and friendly. He was very willing to answer any questions and explain the new features of the vehicles. I stopped by on Friday afternoon after 3 pm, and test drove a CX-5 and CX-50 and worked out the lease numbers on the CX-5. I returned Saturday morning at 9am and completed the deal. Nick was willing to answer questions via text off hours. Nick ordered and setup an appointment in Parts and Service in install roof rails. Paul in Finance was thorough but quick. I was out of there by 11 am Saturday. A very good sales experience all around! Thanks Nick and Paul! More

I received a quote from their sister dealership, Classic Mazda of Mentor. When I showed this to Classic Mazda Westside, the Sales Manager got angry. He said he will not play the dealer vs dealer game. I tho Mazda of Mentor. When I showed this to Classic Mazda Westside, the Sales Manager got angry.
