Poor customer service. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt that the public needs to know! I purchased a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder from Priority Nissan Newport News in Aug I don't usually write reviews, but I felt that the public needs to know! I purchased a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder from Priority Nissan Newport News in August of 2014. The whole sales experience was top notch. My salesperson was Kishna and she was fabulous. The pathfinder is by far my favorite vehicle I've ever had! At 11,000 miles my transmission went out and we took it back to Priority for repairs. We were treated like royalty. We were given a free rental car and everything was taken care of, no questions asked. Long story short, at 14,000 miles, the transmission goes out again, same story, free rental, quick repairs and I was on my way. Fast forward 4,000 miles, and you guessed it, transmission gone again. However this time was different. When my husband called to speak to the service manager Jay Cummings, we were told that he had moved to Williamsburg Nissan, and the new service manager in Newport News is Kenny Lee. Mr. Lee kept relaying messages to my husband and told us that we could not get a free rental, we would have to pay for it! Did I mention that my car is still under warranty? After several phone calls back and forth, we were told to take our car somewhere else because they didn't want to work on it! My husband asked to speak to Mr. Lee who wouldn't answer his phone even thought he was sitting at his desk when the call was transferred to him! It's a real good thing that we live 2 hours away from Newport News, because my husband would have probably made Mr. Lee's office a drive through! lol The nice lady that was relaying messages to my husband told him to call Jay Cummings in Williamsburg, which we did, and had everything taken care of by the end of the day. (and a free rental car)! I would like to wish Priority Nissan Newport News good luck with Mr. Kenny Lee, because I will never by anything from them again. Oh and I buy a new car every three or four years. I will be going to Williamsburg Nissan were they value my business. More

Service This was my first time going to priority Nissan in Newport News. I left there in shock driving down the street and couldn't believe the blessing that I had just received. I was signed up for priority free oil changes for life as well free state inspections.... I didn't go in there for that but I came out with a double whammy kudos More

Best car buying experience ever. I was turned down for financing for a vehicle at several locations. I was on line and ran across this dealership and the rest is history. I have never had a straight forward person who is upfront and honest with you. John Figueroa was the best person to talk to and do everything he said he would. From the first phone call to the delivery of the vehicle was a great experience. I will be back to buy another car from him. The best part is not having to sit at the dealership all day. John had me in and out with my new truck pretty quickly. Thanks for the great car buying experience. More

Smooth Shopping Experience. I had been in the market looking for a vehicle, maybe a midsize to suv/crossover I had spoken to a few dealers but none had gotten my attention. saw a I had been in the market looking for a vehicle, maybe a midsize to suv/crossover I had spoken to a few dealers but none had gotten my attention. saw an ad for priority newports news and saw there inventory. I instantly like one particular vehicle. I got in contact with there sales rep, he told me to come in with no hassle on sat but before hand to fill out an application to see where we stood. well Saturday came along and met the Sale Rep John Figueroa. not only was I treated like family and with the warm hospitality, they also made the deal happen, even if it meant we had to go pick the vehicle up in one of there other dealerships in Norfolk, Va. the deal went as smooth as I would of ever imagined. ive been there twice for service and other miscellaneous things, till this day i am treated, greeted like family. I would recommend John Figueroa to any of my friends and family and would recommend them to look into priority Nissan Newports news first before going to any other dealership who will lie, or play games to customers. Oslyn was very professional, friendly, and courteous as he showed us the exact vehicle we were considering buying and answered all of our questions. Mr. Reece provided superior customer service and no-pressure atmosphere which allowed us to make a well-weighted purchase decision. Upon delivery of our vehicle to Priority Nissan, Oslyn went out of his way to ensure that we receive our vehicle in excellent condition the soonest, which involved him picking us up and driving to Priority Nissan on his scheduled day off to make sure that we are well-taken care of. Moreover, the next day after we’ve picked up our car, Oslyn called me to make sure we are happy with the purchase, and to follow up on the status of additional accessories we’ve ordered. Overall, we’ve had an EXCELLENT experience at Priority Nissan, and I personally recommend Oslyn Reece to be the Sales Representative for your new vehicle purchase.
