Excellent Service Advisor I called Berna Aguirre Friday while I was work and told her my problem. She told me what I needed to do, made an appointment for Saturday and told me I called Berna Aguirre Friday while I was work and told her my problem. She told me what I needed to do, made an appointment for Saturday and told me how long it would take. When I arrived a few minutes early she prepared a work order, told me how long it would take and directed me to the customer service waiting area. Thirty minutes later, she let me know my car was ready and I was able to leave. When ever I come there for any type of work that needs to be done, I always ask for Berna Aguirre. More

Best car buying experience ever. I had to file bankruptcy after several recent hardships. I received letters in the mail about buying a new car from many different places, but the one I had to file bankruptcy after several recent hardships. I received letters in the mail about buying a new car from many different places, but the one from Priority Nissan and John Figueroa caught my attention. I filled out the credit application online and got a call the next day. Mr. Figueroa verified my information and asked when I could come and pick out my car. I live over an hour away from the dealership, and the drive was worth it. I was able to choose the car I wanted not told what to choose. I was in and out of the dealership in 3 hours the longest part was me picking and test driving cars. Mr Figueroa is a man of his word and made this the best car buying experience I ever had.
