Did not do what was promised I dealt on the phone with a salesman after coming the previous day and not getting assistance, the salesman brought me on 7/4/15 saying we could make I dealt on the phone with a salesman after coming the previous day and not getting assistance, the salesman brought me on 7/4/15 saying we could make the deal at a specific price, are you sure I said he reassured me. Bottom line it was 9 dollars over the promise, not big deal but don't promise something and then not follow through. Salesman was great, he was embarrassed. I hope I will enjoy the car, so far so good. More

We disregarded them all Until, we received the one from John Figueroa of Priority Nissan. There was just something about his letter that was different and felt sincere. I did some research and checked his reviews and was very impressed by what others had to say about him. So, we went on his website, completed the application online and sent him a text to let him know we had done so. The next day we received a call from John, inquiring about what kind of vehicle we were interested in and we set up an appointment time to meet. As soon as we arrived for the meeting, he told us what amount we were approved for. At this point I shared with him that we were not interested in a new vehicle or a high monthly payment. We were in the market for dependable transportation, older pre owned van or suv and lower monthly payments. I thought to myself this is where he will show us the Vehicle He wants us to buy. Nope, not at all. John without any hesitation at all, pulled up his internet list and the very first vehicle fit the requirements we had requested. Honda, 2007, one owner, leather interior, fully loaded, clean car fax with past maintenance records listed. And from that point on it was smooth selling. He found a financer and that Monday, we drove away on the vehicle that WE wanted. John always treated us with the utmost respect, kindness and really like family. He Never Not once tried to bully us or fast talk us and he was never aggressive to make a sell. It was a wonderful buying experience. John is not only professional, but personable as well. We had a trust of him right from the beginning, that never stopped. I know some car salesman are only out to make money at any cost, but John really does want to deliver his customers the Right vehicle as well as the Right loan term and Payment that YOU the customer is comfortable with. Terrible after purchase experience I purchased a 2014 Nissan Titan from this dealership in March. I was treated like royalty up until I signed the contract. They tell me I'm financed th I purchased a 2014 Nissan Titan from this dealership in March. I was treated like royalty up until I signed the contract. They tell me I'm financed through cap one but when I get my first statement it's from Wells Fargo. They didn't have the key fobs that came with the truck so after I get the run around from the salesman and the manager I finally had to harass them for the fobs after a week and a half. I get a call from the dealership about them expecting all tens on a survey I'm supposed to be receiving. I told the lady it was no way in xxxx that would happen. She asked me what she can do to make it right which brings me to my current situation I've been sitting in this dealership for the past hour waiting for my truck to get washed. This dealership is a joke. Buyers beware all priority Nissan wants is your money than they treat you like crap. More
