Pririty Nissan Newport News: money over quality and care The staff that worked directly with us weren't as friendly as we would have liked. We received some misinformation and were forced to correct it on o The staff that worked directly with us weren't as friendly as we would have liked. We received some misinformation and were forced to correct it on our own which was an inconvenience when it should have been handled by the company. Also, less 2 days after receiving our vehicle our engine light came on and so far almost everyone that we have tried to speak with to get the issue resolved without having to come out of pocket has been unhelpful and has shown no care about the situation. We should have sae the red flag when the car wouldn't start when we tried to test drive it and they gave us a hard time about putting a new battery in it after giving us a lame reason as to why the car wouldn't start in the first place. We will not use Priority Nissan Newport News again which I am very disappointed to say because EVERY Piority dealer that my family has ever dealt with has been amazing except for this one. More

Aaron approached me, introduced himself and asked what kind of vehicle I was looking for, I responded and he began explaining the features of the vehicle. He just showed me different vehicles, never asked if I was ready to make the purchase, which were the words I had heard so many times before, that phrase that really burn my skin.
