The ONLY reason this isn’t a five star review is because of the way prior staff handled (mishandled) things. Once Chris Singh took over, everything went smoothly. Chris went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule, even when it wasn’t quite convenient for him. Chris communicated with me regularly regarding the status of ordered parts and what to expect. Chris is single-handedly the ONE AND ONLY reason I didn’t take my Tiguan to another VW dealership for service. Chris deserves a raise and at least a 2-3 week paid vacation. More

This VW service center is very good. I worked with Jasmine for the last 2 services and she was amazing. Any questions I had about a particular service she was able to explain it to the b I worked with Jasmine for the last 2 services and she was amazing.
