Brought my Dodge Ram 1500 in to be service. Changed the price than what I was quoted. Also I got the truck back and they charged $411 and did not fix the problem. I decided to purchase a pre owned vehicle and yes that was my choice … but I should have over looked the vehicle a little better !! They say it goes through a multi point inspection which may be true but was my choice … but I should have over looked the vehicle a little better !! They say it goes through a multi point inspection which may be true but on my specific vehicle I have horrible tires that are losing air brakes have a slight squeal and after driving notice an antifreeze smell !! I did purchase bumper to bumper warranty but I feel this was probably a little scammy also but we will see !! Over all I prolly will not return here or recommend friends and family … never even received a follow up call to see how vehicle is or how I’m liking it …. I won’t even bother contacting them about issues I know I will def get some kind of run around …. So I’ll leave my review and cut my losses … More
