Very Extremely Extensively Poor! Misdiagnosed my vehicle and now I need a new vehicle. No ownership for the problem. I brought my Jeep in for running hot on October 15, the dealershi Misdiagnosed my vehicle and now I need a new vehicle. No ownership for the problem. I brought my Jeep in for running hot on October 15, the dealership kept it for about a week in a half, I got it out, after they claimed it was fixed. Drove across I30 (less than a block down the road) and my Jeep ran hot. This was after I paid to get the Jeep out the shop at 6:45 P.M. (11/11/22). I had to keep my Jeep in a parking lot overnight because the dealership closed at 7:00 P.M. and wouldn’t accept my Jeep back on the grounds of the dealership; that’s understood. But the point is, they claimed that it was fixed & then a few days later, they diagnosed that my Jeep needed a new long block…WTH! The technicians decided that I needed something replaced when I had already had it replaced. I asked Mary Franco to send pictures of my engine, & it clearly showed that the parts that was said to be replaced was already replaced. Not only is my jeep not working but now I have to find other means of transportation for work….”Ridiculous”! More
