Scheduled an oil change, oil leak diagnostic, oil consumption recall and catalytic converter recall on my Jeep Renegade. I paid for a rental for five days while my jeep was at the service center. I d consumption recall and catalytic converter recall on my Jeep Renegade. I paid for a rental for five days while my jeep was at the service center. I did not receive any updates from the assigned service technician by day 3, so I called for an update. I was told that the service department was “a little behind and that they needed time to get to my vehicle”. Two more days passed with no updates so I called to have my vehicle ready for pickup. I did not receive any service in five days that my vehicle was there; was told that the department was seven days behind on work and as requested to bring the vehicle back two days after picking it up so that they could “at least do the oil change and attempt to find out where the leak was coming from”…with the possibility of having to leave my vehicle again.
