Dealership is older and service dept looks haggard and not well maintained. I was running late for a service appointment and when I finally got someone on the phone to advise them, they didn’t ask for a not well maintained. I was just told to get there asap and they’d “work me in”. I get the impression that most of the staff is doing the bare minimum to get by, like they’re paid to be there, but not paid enough to care. When my free oil changes are used up I won’t be going to this location for services of any kind. This place is the antithesis of customer friendly service, looks are everything and this entire location looks stuck in the past, from the front of the house to the back of the house. More
