I went in for an oil change, one I'd been given during the toys for tots one. I also requested that new windshield wipers be put on the car, and the tires be rotated. They put generic wipers on (not th the toys for tots one. I also requested that new windshield wipers be put on the car, and the tires be rotated. They put generic wipers on (not the OE parts, they look different and are of a higher profile), the service took 2 hours even though I had an appointment, and they neither bothered to wash or vacuum the car. Perhaps its petty, but I expect that if I'm paying dealership prices for service that the car gets run thru the automated wash bay, and if not that, at least vacuumed. Heck, the quick lube place up the way will vacuum my car for me, why should I bother bringing it to the dealer? I'm not happy and I will likely try another dealer to have my car serviced in the future. More
