we had visited several dealers that day and had a bad experience at each one in one form or another. Your dealership at north Collins street advertised a car that we were interested in, so we called to e experience at each one in one form or another. Your dealership at north Collins street advertised a car that we were interested in, so we called to ensure the car was still available, was told it was so we went to look. Well the car was not there plus we was informed it had an engine light on( similar issues at other stores). We were upset that the car wasn't there and the issue, since we were told differently we decide to leave upset. Our salesperson Yazmin jumped into gear asking us not to leave that she would find us a suitable car in just a few minutes at the same price. Well she did! It hadn't even been cleaned up yet but she brought it out to us, took us on test drive. the car was well within our expectations but at the highest level of our budget. she sold us the car. she went over and above for us. we did finance the car and when that time came Cody was the finance guy. He also exceeded our expectation through his easy going personality and his genuine desire to help. he walked us through everything. the loan hit a small snag but he took care of it quickly..
