My salesman Martin is the reason why I came back to purchase my vehicle there after my initial deal fell through. I could have been offered more for a returning customer. Also the vehicle I traded in is was in great shape and in high demand. I was offered far less than the KBB minimum for trade-in. The value of the vehicle increased since it was first evaluated by a good amount. More
