Chelsea and Grant helped up out and I could not speak any higher of the two! They made this process extremely easy and met every single need I asked for was met! I had previously felt very frustrated and put higher of the two! They made this process extremely easy and met every single need I asked for was met! I had previously felt very frustrated and put off by other dealerships in the area that I called but when I talked with Chelsea she was right on everything that was needed. She made this process VERY easy. Grant helped when we got to the lot and was very informative. The trucks were pulled around and ready to go for comparison and test drives when we got there. The minute we stepped onto the lot EVERYONE made things quick and VERY EASY!! We drove 2 1/2 hours in for the truck but we would 100% go back to Don Davis!! They will come HIGHLY recommended!!!!!!! I have attempted multiple times to make an appointment to have a diagnostic run on my vehicle because the check engine light has been on for months. They have yet to run a diagnostic check, I was able to get have a diagnostic run on my vehicle because the check engine light has been on for months. They have yet to run a diagnostic check, I was able to get it in for an oil change but also advised that I wanted them to check on the check engine light and they said they couldn't tell me anything. Now my jeep is making all types of noises. I don't even want the Jeep anymore. They have me a receipt that stated "Customer declined to have check engine light diagnosed".. THAT'S THE ENTIRE REASON FOR THE VISIT!! More
