Set appointment week before for 9am arrived on time greeted and truck taken away for oil change and tire rotation 2 hours later checked with cashier finishing paperwork. Brought my vehicle in for oil change and to have a TPS replaced. Service was done in timely manner however I was not called informing me my v hockey was ready and the valve stem cap is missing from the ti replaced. Service was done in timely manner however I was not called informing me my v hockey was ready and the valve stem cap is missing from the tire. Overall experience was ok but disappointed with these two items. More

The person in charge of my request did nor address it. The manager in the service department told me they would take care of me and they failed on all counts. Returning calls was also a problem.
