Salesman Tye was great. Never heard from the finance dept about anything. The PDI dept didn’t even clean the vehicle. I thought mr. Manny had poor customer service but I know mr. Don Johnson does I spoke with him about my car because I brought it in and I was told that it needed something to do with a switch I told young man with my car was doing and so as soon as I picked it up and got it up the street it was doing the exact same thing so I had to turn around and take my car back then I was called and told that it was something else so when I pick my car up and I spoke to Mr Dunne Johnson about my experience and I was telling him why didn't pick it up the first time and he starts to tell me about a crystal ball and how he can determine it like that so I feel like that there was a part put on my car they should not have been put on there and it should have been called the first time because that's why we put it on the machine right that's why I have to pay $149 so you can tell me exactly what's wrong that from the beginning I feel like my money and my time was wasted and nobody cared is me and mr. Jensen was talking I had to tell him at least two times to lower his voice when he was talking to me and he was talking to me like I was a fool I'm not quite sure how you guys view customer service but for me at the end of the day the customer needs to feel like they've been taken care of and the right decision was made for them and also I'm not sure if that's the man's name but I was told there Dungeness and Joe Johnson whatever his name is was Manny's boss also I was told in my car wasn't under warranty for the first item which is okay if it's really not in the warranty but I'm not even sure if he checked because out of the way he didn't even really have the number and had to look it up More
