My wife and I were treated like royalty. When we had a question about any issue if STEPHANIE did not have an answer immediately she didn't just forget about us, she found the answer for us. We had a worry question about any issue if STEPHANIE did not have an answer immediately she didn't just forget about us, she found the answer for us. We had a worry-free purchase. We were furnished with all of the information we needed to make an informed purchase decision. There were no bate and switch tactics used during the purchase. STEPHANIE kept us aware of the process by calling us at least two times a week to inform us as to where our purchasing process was at, as well as to let us know where the vehicle was. STEPHANIE was very thorough and professional throughout the whole process and made sure that we received every discount that was available to us.
