The time was long for an oil change and alignment, but the service technician was honest about me not really needing everything that was due based on my mileage which I appreciated. He was also helpful on some other questions I had. There was a miscommunication with my pickup by the shuttle where I was waiting an hour and a half. I had to call back. There were almost no service department reps wearing masks. COVID is still real! More
