The young that assisted me when I returned to pick up my vehicle was high, like she smoked something. She was nice but extremely high... I was showed a Ram 1500 that didn’t have what I asked to begin with (4x4), I get it, your going to try and sell what you have. But you should really sell what the customer wants to begin with. After viewing begin with (4x4), I get it, your going to try and sell what you have. But you should really sell what the customer wants to begin with. After viewing the truck I explained to the salesmen that the truck didn’t have what I asked for or wanted so we saw a truck that I was never going to get. Which to me, is a waste of time. I saw a 2021 pre owned Avalon TRD which I liked and decided to move forward with it as it was one of my car options to buy. The only thing I can say that was positive was how quickly the process was to purchase it. I was not happy with my monthly payments. I traded in my 2020 Toyota Camry. I stated to the salesmen Grant that my family wanted to purchase the Camry and to notify me when the car was available to be purchased. I let the salesmen know before it even had a chance to make it to the market. I never got notified, I called to check the status and was told that he wasn’t sure if it was for sell anymore and if it got sold it wasn’t his doing. I’m lost for words there. Very unhappy. And to finish things off, my car started making a rattling noise, I let my salesmen know. He stated I was going to receive a call from the service department but never did. I was told per the salesmen to come the next day at 5pm to get it checked out. I drove from midlothian to Don Davis auto group after work trying to make my appointment time. Once I arrived, the service manager was clueless of my appointment and to finish things up. They seemed not interested in checking my vehicle and suggested I go to a Toyota shop. I have free oil changes, but honestly I don’t ever want to go back to that dealership unless I have to. More
