Both Jake and Tada were helpful and informative thru the entire process. Jorge Lara in finance was great getting everything wrapped up with the car deal. While the process finished perfectly, the beginning was not so smooth...I initially delt with Marcus Buster and Greg McCoy and getting info (correct info) was difficult to say the least, as was getting returned phone calls...thankfully Greg is off on Wednesdays and Jake takes his place and after that switch, the deal went smoothly.
