Once again, Nick provided excellent customer service. I called first about an oil change and inquired about maintenance that was mentioned on a previous visit. Nick immediately knew who I was and even remembered my vehicle from almost 6 months before. I thought this was impressive because I know he sees a ton of customers everyday with many of similar vehicles and issues! After picking up my Grand Cherokee, because I had the fuel injector cleaning, there was a strong gasoline smell throughout the inside. After driving it for a bit, I called Nick and shared my concern with him. He was right on it and checked with the technician and then gave me a call back explaining the smell. He was right, the smell went away and my Grand Cherokee is rolling along great! Nick did a great job of listening to my concern and giving reassurance that all was good and the smell would soon go away. Phenomenal service once again! More

All I have to say is.. I'm so disappointed in Don Davis service management department.. I have never felt so disrespected before.. And the way upper management tried resolving it was even more disrespectfu service management department.. I have never felt so disrespected before..
