Needed tire using tire guard, was told Tuesday at 10:15 no match in house could put a good year on or order a match be here in 3 hrs, came back next day 7am still No tire, left highly upset, got a call 8:2 no match in house could put a good year on or order a match be here in 3 hrs, came back next day 7am still No tire, left highly upset, got a call 8:25 same morning all of a sudden had a tire, drove back a 3rd time, waited 50 min for tire to be put on , no compensation of maybe a little free gas or a truck wash nothing. They took care of me and had my vehicle done quickly for the amount of work I had done. The only somewhat negative is that I asked to have the mechanic specifically look for and report on the visual conditi the amount of work I had done. My dealer didn’t even have time to sit with me an show me how my new car works. They were short staffed and he was juggling multiple customers at one time. It took me two day to get into my car because my dealer didn’t ask me to bring the proper documents after having me come in multiple times. The last time I came in, which was supposed to be the day I’m supposed to just come take my picture and get my key, I asked for my car to be ready (cleaned and detailed) by the time I came in. Of course it wasn’t and I sat there for and hour and a half waiting for them to pull it up. Matt Howard was great with the negotiation process but the rest of the staff and problems I ran into were unacceptable. More
