Mary was not prompt with calls, she would rather email the results verse talking about them. Had to call three times about my jeep to get a update. When it was completed she would not go through the work the results verse talking about them. Had to call three times about my jeep to get a update. When it was completed she would not go through the work report without me asking. She only asked if I was sure I didn't want any of the maintenance done. Also, I have been there more than once, I would have expected my warranty to populate verse my telling her that it was under warranty (she sent me the vehicle report with full pricing). More
