Herman at Don Davis was very helpful in working with me to find a car within the total amount, size, mileage, year & monthly payments that my son would be able to afford with it being his first car. We just purchased a new Jeep. This was the easiest car I ever purchased and I live 600 miles from the dealership. Cole was a very friendly but not pushy sales person. Took my vehicle in for a battery fault. They did a diag only to tell me that I needed a new battery and wanted to charge me for the diag even though the dash said it was a battery issue. The service provid only to tell me that I needed a new battery and wanted to charge me for the diag even though the dash said it was a battery issue. The service provider Mark agreed to voiding the diag charge if we allowed for the new battery installment there at the dealership only to back out on voiding the charge after the service was done. More
