Herman at Don Davis was very helpful in working with me to find a car within the total amount, size, mileage, year & monthly payments that my son would be able to afford with it being his first car. Our sales rep, Herman had worked with me for over two weeks to accommodate us with all of the above considering that he didn"t know for sure if we were gonna be getting the car or not. Took my vehicle in for a battery fault. They did a diag only to tell me that I needed a new battery and wanted to charge me for the diag even though the dash said it was a battery issue. The service provid only to tell me that I needed a new battery and wanted to charge me for the diag even though the dash said it was a battery issue. The service provider Mark agreed to voiding the diag charge if we allowed for the new battery installment there at the dealership only to back out on voiding the charge after the service was done. More
