The service center personnel is, as always, was polite and very helpful. I dealt with Cesar and he was very informative. After I left the service center I did have an issue with a cover but was again ab and very helpful. I dealt with Cesar and he was very informative. I am currently waiting on a call back so I can return my vehicle and have the part replaced. Overall very helpful! More

The initial discussion and test drive were very good. Mr. Hudson provided a lot of info about the vehicle and safety features. However, the price I was told was not the price that was finalized. There were 2 add-ons; I was told about these items but was not told they were not included in the price I was given and agreed to. If you are going to add on items, then you need to inform the customer of the total sales price -- it is unethical to not do so. Also, I did not have insurance yet as I was had recently returned to US over the past weekend. I was told my the finance rep and Mr. Hudson that it would be ok to get insurance later in the day and to text Mr. Hudson a copy of the insurance card. Then when I left the lot, Mr. Hudson told me the 2nd key was in the vehicle; it was not. Later after searching the vehicle, I had to return to the dealership as he still had it, I was upset that he did not call me to tell me he had it: I had to call him and ask where it was. Upon returning and waiting for Mr. Hudson, I was approached by the sales manager stating he couldn't let me drive off the lot without insurance. I told him what I was told and that I had already driven off the lot but only returned to get my key. After then being approached by another finance rep, I went inside and contacted an insurance company...I could have done this earlier while waiting to purchase the car had anyone told me it was required. These issues took an excessive amount of time and aggravation that I should not have had to experience. More

I first came in to get my recalls done and the sales man Mark Drexel convinced me to get my oil change with them also I had never had a problem with my car until after the touched it 2 weeks later I was at Mark Drexel convinced me to get my oil change with them also I had never had a problem with my car until after the touched it 2 weeks later I was at the shop because I was driving 40mph and I lost all power I was so scared I had my car towed to Don Davis because they were the last people to touch it and ended up with $716 bill for something to do with a module for my fule pump and had to wait 3 weeks with no car for the repair then 2 weeks later im driving down the road and the exact thing happened again so I sent it back to Don Davis and now they say its my fuel pump. And wanted me to pay $817.. so either they don't know what the problem was or did not bother to check everything fully so I would not be putting my life at risk behind the wheel so I am going to spend my money somewhere else where it can get a proper diagnostic. I would never use this company again or refer it to anyone . I can see why it has a low rating More
